ABOUT NETTE

What is Nette?

The name Nette derives from the French adjective which means “impeccable,” “elegant,” and “clean.” We’re a next-generation female-founded fragrance brand entering a new era of scent at the crossroads of luxury, wellness, and fragrance. Our scientifically-backed, clean fragrances amplify well-being and NettePositive™ emotion through the art and science of scent.  

What products do you sell? 

We have a collection of science-backed luxury eau de parfums, signature candles, and lifestyle merchandise like a cute mini tote bag, and a dad hat.

Where can I buy Nette products? 

Our products are available here at nettenyc.com and at a selection of retailers including Sephora, Bluemercury, and The Conservatory. For a full list of retailers, please see our Retailers page.

Are your products and packaging sustainable? 

Our products are sustainably made wherever possible—our ultimate goal is to have no carbon footprint, something we call #NetteZero. We utilize Green Chemistry, upcycled ingredients, smart packaging and more to help ensure we’re doing our best for our planet. The buck doesn’t stop there. We’re always looking at ways we do more! PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

What payment forms do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), along with ShopPay, GooglePay, PayPal and ApplePay.

Do you accept gift cards? 

We only accept Nette gift cards as a form of payment.

Where do you ship your products? 

We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day; orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 3 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed same day.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  

Note: This information applies to all orders within the United States. 

Do you ship internationally? 

If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to hi@nettenyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I cancel or edit my order? 

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at hi@nettenyc.com.

How can I check the status of my order? 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email hi@nettenyc.com and we'll help resolve your issue!

What are your return, refund, and exchange policies?

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How do subscriptions work? 

If Nette has become a cherished part of your daily rituals, you can purchase your favorites at a discount by enrolling in our subscription program. Subscribers enjoy a 15% discount. After you’ve signed up, subscription orders are placed automatically on each scheduled date until you opt out. 

To start subscribing, visit the product page of your favorite product. Instead of clicking “One-time purchase”, click “Subscribe & Save” and select your desired order frequency.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can make changes, additions, and upgrades to your subscription and account information at any time by accessing our user portal here. If you’re having any trouble with this, we’re here to help—just send us an email at hi@nettenyc.com

Can I skip my upcoming subscription? 

Yes! You can always skip your upcoming order here. If you opt to skip your upcoming order, you will not be charged and the order will not be processed. You’ll receive your next subscription order on the following scheduled date.

Can I change the date of my next subscription shipment?

As long as your item is in stock, you’re free to adjust your delivery date in our user portal here.

My item is out of stock. How does this affect my subscription?

You’ll be notified of unavailable inventory a few days before your next subscription is scheduled to process. If at least one or more items is out of stock in your subscription at the time of your scheduled date, the order will not be placed. You will not be charged and the order will not process until the item is back in stock. Subscribers affected by out of stock items have the option to skip their upcoming order or change the delivery date here.

Can I apply a discount code to my subscription order?

Since subscription orders are already discounted, they are not eligible for any additional discounts.

How do I change the shipping address associated with my subscription?

It’s easy! You can make changes to your subscription at any time by accessing our user portal here. If you’re having any trouble with this, we’re here to help—just send us an email at hi@nettenyc.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Do you offer a sampling program? 

We don’t offer a formal sampling program. If you are interested in promoting Nette via social media, please send our team an email at press@nettenyc.com to discuss further. 

Do you offer any referral discounts or programs? 

At this time, we do not offer a referral program or referral discount. This is something we are considering and working on for the future. Stay tuned!
