ABOUT NETTE
 
What is Nette?
 
Nette is a new kind of candle brand that does things right, using only the best ingredients and materials coconut soy wax, natural and non-toxic scents developed by the best fragrance house in the world, a 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton wick, 100% recycled packaging made from old shoeboxed and printed with a seaweed ink, and vessels blown by hand in Italy — to give you the chicest, cleanest, best-smelling candle of your dreams.
 
 
What products do you sell? 
 
We have four signature candles, each with their own scent and custom, hand-blown glass vessel — Spring 1998, Another Life, Laide Tomate, and Supernatural. Our matching silk scrunchies, available in our Take Good Care set, are hand-sewn in collaboration with our friend Gigi Burris, the best milliner in New York. Our lighters, also available in the Take Good Care set, are custom made in collaboration with Tsubota Pearl. 
 
 
Where can I buy Nette products? 
 
Nette products are only available here at nettenyc.com. 
 
 
Are your products and packaging sustainable? 
 
Yes! Our products are sustainably made wherever possible. Our candle boxes and paper materials are made from 100% recycled shoeboxes (the most luxurious recycled option we could find) and we print with a seaweed-based ink. You’ll never see plastic in your Nette order and we’re working to get our entire supply chain plastic-free as well. 
 
 
PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
 
What payment forms do you accept? 
 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), along with ShopPay, GooglePay, PayPal and ApplePay.
 
 
Do you accept gift cards? 
 
We do not accept gift cards as a form of payment.
 
 
Where do you ship your products? 
 
We ship to all 50 states in the US. We are working on international shipping!
 
 
How long will it take to receive my order?  
 

Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed by the following business day; orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed same day.

Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 
Note: This information applies to all orders within the United States. 
 
 
Do you ship internationally? 
 
If you would like to order from an international location outside of the United States, please send an email to hi@nettenyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
 
Can I cancel or edit my order? 
 
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at hi@nettenyc.com.
 
 
How can I check the status of my order? 
 
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email hi@nettenyc.com and we'll help resolve your issue!

What are your return, refund, and exchange policies?

Where are your products made?
 
Our products are made around the world. Our glass vessels are blown in Italy. Our candles are hand-poured in Los Angeles. Our lighter is crafted in Japan. Our scrunchie is handmade in NYC.
 
 
Are your products cruelty free and vegan? 
 
Yes and yes!
 
 
Are you products paraffin-free? 
 
Yes — you’ll never find paraffin in Nette candles. 
  
 
What are your candles made of? 
 
Nette candle wax is a blend of coconut wax, soy wax, and RSPO-certified palm wax. 
 
 
PRESS AND PARTNERSHIPS
 
Do you offer a sampling program? 
 
We don’t offer a formal sampling program. If you are interested in promoting Nette via social media, please send our team an email at press@nettenyc.com to discuss further. 
 
 
Do you offer any referral discounts or programs? 
 
At this time, we do not offer a referral program or referral discount. This is something we are considering and working on for the future. Stay tuned!
