Mr. Cloud began with a feeling Morgan knew well. Freshly cut grass underfoot. Crisp whites. Flowers lining the path to the courts. Sunshine.

Together, we turned that feeling into fragrance.

Why Morgan?

Long before we ever talked about making a fragrance together, Morgan was already a Nette customer. She had our candles in her home, understood the world we were building, and shared our belief that fragrance can shape the way we feel.

At the same time, she was building a world of her own—one that extends beyond what happens on the court into style, travel, culture, and leisure.

So when we decided to make our first-ever fragrance collaboration, there was really only one person we wanted to call.

“Working on Mr. Cloud with Nette has been such a special process. I wanted Mr. Cloud to capture a feeling of pure leisure. The tuberose and cold milk accord makes it soft and creamy, while the woods and musk give it a little more depth. It’s feminine, but not sweet. It’s exactly how I want to smell.”

Mr. Cloud started with a feeling and then a poem. Turning it into something you could actually smell took almost a year.

Morgan joined Nette founder Carol Han Pyle and master perfumer Antoine Maisondieu at Givaudan to smell version after version.

With every meeting, Mr. Cloud became a little more himself.

More freshness here. More creaminess there. Tuberose forward. Woods pulled back.

Until eventually, there was nothing left anyone wanted to change.

Antoine Maisondieu is one of the world’s leading perfumers and a Senior Perfumer at Givaudan. His celebrated creations include Prada Paradoxe, Lancôme La Vie Est Belle L’Elixir, and Valentino Donna Born in Roma, alongside cult scents for Comme des Garçons and État Libre d’Orange. Born in Grasse and the grandson of Nobel Prize–winning writer Albert Camus, Maisondieu brings an unusually artistic and literary sensibility to modern perfumery.

The final formula

Mr. Cloud opens with luminous freesia and the green freshness of cut grass before melting into creamy tuberose and cold milk accord. Blonde woods and skin musks settle close to the skin.
