Favorite memory associated with scent:
My mom is a pastry chef who specializes in wedding cakes. The scent of vanilla cake in the oven smells like home to me and always has. It can light you up without even getting to actually eat it!

Most loved fragrance of the moment:
I don't wear fragrance but there are many scents that I love. My neighbors have a Miss Violet Butterfly Bush (Buddleia) that attracts so many beautiful butterflies and my daughter likes to walk over at night to smell it. It's become my new most loved. In terms of fragrances to wear, I'll sometimes put on lavender essential oil before bed to help me sleep.

Favorite memory associated with scent:
A scent that always transports me is vetiver. I once brought Aesop's Reverence Aromatique Hand Balm with me on a trip to Iceland. Every time I use this hand balm, I immediately picture Iceland's insanely beautiful landscapes — it was such a transformative trip that I often love to be reminded of through scent.

Most loved fragrance of the moment:
This summer, I’ve been loving Heretic's Dirty Fig. It's a complex fragrance with notes of citrus, fleshy figs, rose, and rich berries. It’s unbelievably fresh and unique — I have gotten a ton of compliments on it!

Favorite memory associated with scent:
Every time I felt sick as a child, my mom would always pour me a fresh cup of brown sugar ginger tea. Every time I smell this warm, cozy, and sweet combo, I'm brought back to my childhood. It's one of those scents that I'll forever cherish and be able to recall from memory.

Most loved fragrance of the moment:
I'm absolutely obsessed with Diptyque Do Son at the moment. It's inspired by Do Son, Vietnam and the smell of jasmine in this perfume somehow manages to make me feel simultaneously relaxed and ready to take on the day. It's the perfect scent to wear year-round, and it truly just feels like a breath of fresh air.

Favorite memory associated with scent:
When I was child, I loved going to visit my aunts and uncles who live in Southern California and smelling all the jasmine, honeysuckle, and tuberose flowers that we don’t have too many of back east. We would go every summer growing up and I always loved how fragrant the air was. Still today, when I smell things with those notes it brings up great memories.

Most loved fragrance of the moment:
Fineapple from Gallagher Fragrances. It is truly unique but in a totally wearable way —fruity and tropical, but not in an overly sweet way. It’s a little more woodsy and musky, like coming in from a day at the beach with your skin still warm from the sun.
